Service Description

The Grant Advantage welcomes calls from busy nonprofit executives and leadership staff to seek guidance or advice on current time sensitive grant related activities. This includes pre-award discussions such as brainstorming a new program idea, where to look for funding sources, developing a budget, developing an evaluation plan, etc. As well as post award challenges such as how to speak to your funder about needed changes to budget or scope of work, guidance on grant related reports, discussing an implementation challenge before it becomes a large problem. etc.
